provided remotely\nDuration: 750 Manhours input for one year\nWe are seeking Commercial & Contracting Advisor to Lead commercial structuring, contracting strategy, EPC tender management, and contract negotiations.\nJoin Hill International and become part of a global team delivering excellence in project management, construction management, and engineering services.\nDevelop overall commercial and contracting strategy.\n\nSupport contract negotiations with OEMs and EPC contractors.\n\nPrepare OEM commercial documentation.\n\nPrepare EPC tender commercial documentation.\n\nSupport the Project Team in interpreting commercial proposals, identifying key decision criteria, assessing contractual and commercial trade-offs, and preparing recommendations for management decision-making.\n\nDevelop bidder evaluation methodology and scoring matrix.\n\nLead clarification meetings with bidders.\n\nEvaluate commercial offers and identify deviations.\n\nReview payment mechanisms, guarantees, penalties, LDs, and warranties.\n\nAdvise on claim strategy.\n\nAdvise on LTSA commercial structure.\n\nReview claims, variations, and change management procedures.\n\nEnsure contractual compliance with lender requirements and FIDIC principles.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.\n\nProven previous experience as Contracts Manager in at least 2 CCGT projects.\n\nPrevious working experience at the power plant sector in Eastern Europe and under FIDIC principles\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong command of the English language, both written and verbal.\n\nAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary project
