This role ensures that design and execution plans are consistent, compatible, and aligned across all interfacing scopes - such as top sides, subsea, pipelines, onshore facilities, utilities, and third-party systems - avoiding gaps, overlaps, and conflicts.\n Interface Identification & Management\nIdentify all internal and external interfaces between project work packages and third parties.\nDevelop and maintain the Project Interface Register and Interface Management Plan.\nEnsure all interfaces have clearly defined responsibilities, scope boundaries, and deliverables.\nCoordination & Communication\nFacilitate regular interface meetings between contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.\nAct as the single point of contact for interface matters between designated packages.\nTrack and manage interface requests, clarifications, and agreements.\nTechnical & Design Consistency\nEnsure consistency of design data, specifications, and drawings between interfacing packages.\nReview and comment on engineering deliverables to ensure alignment across boundaries.\nCoordinate resolution of mismatches in design, tie-in points, operating philosophies, and control systems.\nDocumentation & Deliverables\nMaintain up-to-date interface documentation, agreements, and change records.\nEnsure all interface deliverables are submitted and approved in accordance with project schedules.\nIntegrate interface status reporting into overall project progress reports.\nResolution/monitor/verify\nProactively identify potential conflicts and risks at interfaces.\nFacilitate resolution of technical and schedule conflicts between contractors.\nEscalate unresolved interface issues to management with recommended solutions.\nMonitor EPC Contractors’ interface management processes and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nVerify that all interface agreements are implemented and closed before mechanical completion.\nParticipate in readiness reviews and handover checks to ensure interface points are fully integrated.\nKey Deliverables\nInterface Management Plan.\nInterface Register (internal & external).\nSigned Interface Agreements between stakeholders.\nMonthly Interface Status Reports.\nClosed-out interface documentation for handover.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Process, or related discipline).\n8+ years of oil & gas project experience, with at least 3 years in interface management.\nProven experience in multi-package EPC/PMC projects (offshore platforms, pipelines, onshore processing, utilities).\nStrong knowledge of engineering design processes, construction, commissioning, and project controls.\nExperience in large-scale offshore developments (subsea-to-shore, FPSO, WHP, or LNG projects).\nFamiliarity with interface management software/tools (e.g., ICMS, SharePoint, Prodom).\nOffshore survival (BOSIET) and HSE awareness
