Participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project.\nWork closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.\nManage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.\nIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.\nDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.\nWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.\nAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.\nCommunicate with the Client’s representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns.\nDevelop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions.\nDirect work sequencing to expedite projects delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations.\nEnsure that projects operations are in compliance with design specifications and with client requirements.\nInforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.\n Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.\nMinimum 20 years’ experience in managing large-scale infrastructure programs consist of multiple projects.\nExperience of major government and/or semi-government program and projects implementations.\nExtensive Experience in the construction management of water and wastewater works.\nExperience of implementing a zero-accident philosophy.\nA record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience of working
