Coordinating engineering activities with other departments.\nMonitoring construction progress and providing technical assistance.\nProviding technical advice and support to other departments.\nInforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.\nBachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.\nMinimum 10 years experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.\nExperience of major government and/or semi-government program and projects implementations.\nExtensive Experience in the project management of water and wastewater works.\nKnowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.\nExperience of implementing a zero accident philosophy.\nA record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience of working
