  • Oversee utility coordination, right-of-way activities, permitting, and environmental compliance efforts associated with project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with FHWA requirements and applicable federal, state, and local regulations for publicly funded transportation projects
  • Manage projects delivered through both design-bid-build and design-build procurement methods, including phased construction and traffic maintenance operations
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and executive-level communications while maintaining effective stakeholder engagement and supporting successful project delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PE license in NJ and PA (or ability to obtain reciprocity) required. PMP and/or CCM certification preferred
  • 20+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale transportation, highway, bridge, marine, and heavy civil infrastructure projects, including experience with public-sector agencies and design-build project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of FHWA requirements, multi-agency funding, federally funded projects, construction means and methods, project controls, scheduling, risk management, contract administration, and compliance oversight
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex bridge and river crossing projects, including deep foundations, heavy lifts, environmental & demolition compliance, utility coordination, and maintenance-of-traffic operations
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets, schedules, cost controls, change orders, funding programs, stakeholder coordination, environmental compliance, claims resolution, and project reporting
