Provide guidance to inspectors to ensure proper and consistent inspection techniques/requirements are implemented.\nEnsure that project field staff produce and maintain required project records.\nEnsure that appropriate field staff members are informed of and understand contract revisions and design discrepancies, and that field staff follow through with same.\nReview contractor’s work operations, crew size, production rates, etc. To ensure compliance with the project schedule. Identify activities which are or may become critical to the schedule.\nMonitor/resolve complaints or issues from residents, businesses and governing authorities.\nHold Weekly Progress Meetings and issue minutes.\nHold Pre-Installation Meetings and issue minutes.\nInteract with the owner, as necessary, to ensure their satisfaction with the project.\nProvide necessary outgoing correspondence or documents and ensure compliance and/or correctness\nParticipate in review board meetings to resolve nonconformance areas.
