line manager/supervisor.\nBachelor / Master Degree in Accountant or Engineering from an accredited university.\nMinimum 15 years’ experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developments.\nExtensive knowledge and experience in project Scheduling control.\nExtensive experience in managing and prioritizing projects schedules.\nAbility to present scheduals plans and requirements to senior management and other government authorities.\nAbility to negotiate with multiple stakeholders to secure schedule for projects.\nCapable to fluently communicate in Arabic and English.\nExcellent Verbal and written communication
