As a Housekeeper, you will help bring that mission to life by keeping resident apartments and community spaces clean, orderly, safe, and comfortable while providing service that meets residents’ expectations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining resident apartments, public areas, and other community spaces according to established cleaning, safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards.\nYou will:\nClean resident apartments and community areas according to established schedules.\nDust, vacuum, and clean furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the community.\nComplete scheduled deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as assigned.\nMaintain clean, organized, and welcoming public spaces.\nKeep appropriate housekeeping supplies stocked in resident apartments and public areas.\nRespond promptly to unexpected spills, accidents, and other cleaning needs.\nFollow appropriate handwashing, glove-use, and infection-control procedures.\nTake appropriate precautions to prevent cross-contamination between areas of the community.\nSafely use cleaning chemicals according to established procedures and Safety Data Sheet guidelines.\nMaintain the community in accordance with State Survey and OSHA requirements.\nMonitor housekeeping supply levels and communicate ordering needs to the Environmental Services Director.\nFollow established cleaning and maintenance schedules for housekeeping equipment.\nEmpty vacuum bags, extractor waste containers, and clean housekeeping equipment as needed.\nHelp care for indoor plants within assigned areas.\nIdentify and communicate environmental, safety, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate team member.\nRespond to resident needs and requests in a timely, positive, and professional manner.\nWork collaboratively with other departments to maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe community.\nAssist with additional housekeeping and environmental-services responsibilities as assigned.\nThe position includes responsibility for daily and deep cleaning, infection prevention, proper chemical use, supply management, equipment care, and maintaining an environment that meets regulatory standards.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands how much a clean environment contributes to a resident’s comfort and overall experience.\nThe right candidate will be dependable, thorough, and attentive to the small details.
