You’ll Do\nAs a Rehab Technician, you will work side by side with therapists and administrative team members to support both patient care and the day-to-day operations of the clinic.\nYou will:\nGreet patients and help create a welcoming first impression.\nPrepare patients for therapy treatments.\nAssist therapists during treatment sessions.\nSupport patients as they complete exercises and functional activities under the direction of licensed clinical staff.\nHelp motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation.\nProvide routine non-skilled treatments as directed.\nAssist with hot and cold packs and other treatment modalities as directed by professional staff.\nClean and prepare treatment areas and equipment between patients.\nHelp ensure laundry and treatment supplies are available and ready for use.\nMaintain clean and stocked clinic areas, including restrooms and common spaces.\nMonitor supply and equipment inventory and help reorder items as needed.\nCommunicate patient concerns or changes promptly to therapists and other team members.\nAssist with answering phones and scheduling appointments.\nHelp maintain clinic paperwork and supply records.\nAssist with medical-record requests and other administrative tasks.\nSupport correspondence with physicians and referral sources regarding patient progress.\nJump in wherever needed to help the clinic run smoothly.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and comfortable moving between patient care and administrative responsibilities throughout the day.\nThe right candidate will enjoy working with people, stay positive in a busy environment, and understand that the little things—having equipment ready, keeping the clinic organized, encouraging a basic office systems.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious Clinical Aide or Rehab Technician experience preferred.\nPrevious experience in healthcare,
