# Local Planner

Job Summary: The Local Planner is responsible for coordinating and dispatching daily local moving jobs, ensuring crews, equipment, and paperwork are aligned to deliver efficient, on-time service. This role manages morning dispatch and crew assignments, oversees uniform and equipment compliance, and serves as a communication link between crews, agents, sales staff, and customer service coordinators throughout the day. The Local Planner also monitors operational alerts, resolves non-conformance issues, and maintainsaccuratedata related to quality, claims, and safety. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment under time pressure, and a solid working knowledge of the local geographic area and moving equipment.
