members.\nResponsible for accurately reconciling monthly statements\nAssist with company fuel cards.\nReceive and review invoices from vendors, matching them to purchase orders and verifying accuracy of details (i.e., pricing, quantities, descriptions).\nReconcile vendor statements with the Company’s accounting records to identify and resolve discrepancies.\nRegularly review accounts payable balances and ensure they are accurate and reflect all outstanding invoices.\nRespond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account balances.\nAccurately process invoices, work with vendors, as necessary.\nPrepare accounts payable reports for management review, including aging reports and outstanding balances.\nAssist with billing and other job duties as assigned.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nPosition Requirements:\nA minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience. \nExperience working with multiple site locations preferred.\nSelf-motivated with a strong desire to excel.\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills\nPossess good analytical skills.\nMust be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.\nMust have strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task.\nAbility to participate in a team environment.\nMust always be professional.\nMust have the ability to meet deadlines.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit for extended periods of time (approximately 80%) working on computers and analyzing report data.\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\nOccasionally lift 5-10 pounds.\nHave good visual acuity.\nOccasionally bend or reach to maintain files.\nPosition Specific Standards:\nMaintain confidentiality on all private, sensitive, and proprietary Company issues and concerns. \nAlways maintain a professional image by wearing company approved apparel.\nAlways maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and associates.\nAbide by all Company standards of performance, ethics, and integrity.\nWilling to continue training for personal growth as well as participate in the training of new employees.\nMaintain knowledge of industry emerging standards and trends to ensure Company maintains compliance.\nStay abreast of new and existing Company products, services, systems, policies, procedures, and processes. \nProactively address and resolve all business issues and or concerns.\nFollow all safety protocols, policies, and procedures.\nWilling to work hours outside of a normal work schedule, as
