At Hillpointe, you'll be part of a dynamic, innovative team that has tangible impacts on day-to-day operations and contributes directly to overall success.\nMAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR \nThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations to ensure the safety, functionality, cleanliness, and appearance of the community. This includes coordinating service requests, preparing vacant units for move-in, managing inventory, supervising vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also supports new property openings and assists with onboarding and training of new maintenance staff. \nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage and complete resident service requests, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance. \nOversee the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and repairs. \nMonitor the overall cleanliness and appearance of buildings, grounds, and amenities. \nSupervise and inspect work completed by vendors, contractors, and team members. \nMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools within budgetary guidelines. \nConduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies. \nAssist with setup and stabilization of new communities (as needed). \nParticipate in on-call rotation, responding to after-hours maintenance emergencies. \nREQUIREMENTS:\nMust have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling. \nCPO certification is preferred (be willing to obtain) \nMust have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions. \nMust have a valid driver’s license. \nProficiency with hand tools, mechanical equipment, and basic office software \nHold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/training. \nThis position will participate in a rotating on-call schedule, requiring weekend, evening, and morning availability. \nPHYCIAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbsregularly and occasionally heavier loads. \nFrequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. \nAbility to climb ladders and work at heights. \nManual dexterity for handling tools and equipment. \nAbility to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, outdoors). \nGood vision and hearing for safety and equipment operation.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nAbility to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.\nComfortable working in noisy, dusty, or confined spaces.\nAbility to operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.\nKnowledge of safety protocols and ability to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nCompliance with company policies and OSHA
