At Hillpointe, you'll be part of a dynamic, innovative team that has tangible impacts on day-to-day operations and contributes directly to overall success.\nREGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER\nThis role supports and executes the company's property management strategies by directing team members and implementing policies and procedures to ensure properties meet financial and operational goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop annual budgets and ensure financial goals are met.\nAnalyze financial statements and resolve performance gaps.\nInspect properties and review reports.\nCreate and implement action plans for improvement.\nHire, train, and manage community managers.\nMaintain client satisfaction through regular communication and prompt issue resolution.\nAnalyze market trends.\nDevelop strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.\nConduct site and safety inspections.\nManage property upkeep and capital requests.\nHandle contract negotiation and progress monitoring.\nPromote safety and report issues promptly.\nSuggest and lead improvement initiatives.\nStay updated on industry changes and new technologies.\n\nQualifications:\nEffective communication skills for legal, financial, and HR documents, and presentations.\nProficiency in property management software (preferably Real Page) and other office applications.\nStrong mathematical and analytical skills for financial reporting.\nProven management and supervisory experience.\nBackground in sales, marketing, and customer service to handle complaints, increase revenues, and manage expenses.\nReal Estate license required in specific markets, otherwise preferred.\nSales, marketing, or customer service background sufficient to resolve customer complaints and issues.\nRegular and routine travel is required to supervise communities, attend business meetings and training classes.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit for extended periods of time while performing work at a computer workstation.\nFrequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.\nAbility to speak clearly and hear effectively to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via phone, video conference, or in person.\nAbility to view computer screens and read documents for extended periods.\nOccasional ability to stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed within the workplace.\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies or equipment).\nAbility to maintain focus and attention in a fast paced, high volume service environment.\n\nWork Environment:\n Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment\nStandard business hours with occasional extended hours based on business or project needs\nOccasional travel required (approximately 50-75%) for client visits, team meetings, training sessions, or industry events;
