The engineer will collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain scalable environments while continuing to build technical expertise.\n Contribute to the design and implementation of DevOps solutions.\nBuild, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments using Azure DevOps.\nImplement and support infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.\nManage and support containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).\nSupport and troubleshoot Windows/Linux-based systems used by DevOps platforms, application environments, and operational tooling.\nMonitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability issues.\nAssist with implementing observability solutions (logging, monitoring, and alerting).\nCollaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software lifecycle.\nFollow security best practices in deployments and infrastructure.\nDocument processes, configurations, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and provide input.\nParticipate in incident response and assist with root cause analysis.\nParticipate in on-call rotation.\nGenerate reports and metrics on system health and deployment performance.\n Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.\n2-4 years of experience in Azure DevOps.\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).\nExperience supporting Axway SFTP software or secure file transfer platforms preferred.\nExperience with Git version control systems.\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\nHands-on experience with at least one infrastructure-as-code tool (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).\nBasic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nWillingness to learn new tools and technologies.\nPreferred Certifications and Experience\nAzure
