As Lead Product Designer, you set the quality bar for our app, own our design system and drive our biggest product bets from first idea to shipped result. You are hands-on: you prototype, you craft, you ship.\nYou will report directly to our Head of Design and work with product and engineering every day. You will be the design partner who keeps the whole product consistent and high quality, together with our Lead UX Writer and a Senior Product Designer.\nYou will have real ownership on a health product people use every day, in a business-critical, high-visibility role where UX is our top priority. You join a team with high talent density, people who raise your game, and a shared focus on speed, clarity and craft.\nLocation: Fully remote, open to candidates across the UK and Europe.\nCore responsibilities\nDirection & Outcomes\nSet the design direction and quality bar across the app, from new features to health insights and early vision work.\nDefine the success measures for your work and own the business results.\nDesign System & Prototyping\nOwn our design system, built to work with AI tools, and keep it consistent through tokens and clear decisions.\nShow instead of tell, with high-fidelity prototypes and motion built with AI tools and our design system.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nRaise the bar for the team. Support, coach and unblock other designers, and give clear feedback.\nChallenge product and engineering with evidence, persuade stakeholders and make clear, documented decisions.\nWork daily with product managers and design engineers.\nRequirements\nBackground & Experience\nEssential\nProven design leadership, with a track record of consistently delivering strong business outcomes.\n2 to 3 shipped case studies that demonstrate high impact: the problem, your hypothesis, your decisions, the measured result.\nOutstanding visual design craft: hierarchy, typography, motion and attention to detail.\nHigh-fidelity prototypes and videos of your work, ideally built with AI tools such as Claude or Lovable.\nDaily, practical use of AI tools and experience with AI-ready design systems.\nFluent Figma, including components, variables and tokens.\nStrong product thinking: you work with data, hypotheses and measurements.\nIdeally health, consumer, behavior change or regulated products.\nA public portfolio website (required with your application).\nNice to Have\nMobile apps, connected devices, simple prototypes in code.\nHow you work\nAI first - You are already playing with AI tools and you are excited about what they make possible.\nBuilder - You ship, and you can spin up something from nothing.\nBias for action - You are autonomous and self-sufficient.
