The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, maintaining vendor records, preparing payment runs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. The role requires strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.\nThe ideal candidate will possess experience in accounts payable, preferably within the hospitality industry, and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and service excellence.\nProcess supplier invoices accurately and ensure timely posting into the accounting system.\nPerform three-way matching between Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supplier invoices.\nPrepare payment runs in accordance with company policies and approved payment schedules.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data.\nReconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.\nReconcile the Accounts Payable subledger with the General Ledger.\nSupport month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and AP aging reports.\nRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues professionally and promptly.\nEnsure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations, withholding tax requirements, and ZATCA guidelines.\nMaintain proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit purposes.\nCollaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, Cost Control, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.\nFollow Hilton policies, financial controls, and audit requirements at all times.\nQualifications & Technical Skills: \nBachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nValid SOCPA Membership is required.\n2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.\nPrevious experience in hotels is preferred.\nWorking knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.\nExperience with ERP and accounting systems such as Opera, Sun Systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or similar platforms.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.\nFamiliarity with Saudi VAT regulations, withholding tax, and ZATCA compliance requirements.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.\nGood verbal and written communication skills in English;
