Affiliate Sales Manager - Hilton Chicago
Schedule: Monday - Friday, but open availability required based on group needs
Hourly Rate: $29-$31 per/hour. This position is eligible for a quarterly incentive subject to bonus plan guidelines

As a Catering Manager, you’re not just overseeing the planning and execution of catered events - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
As an Affiliate Sales Manager you will develop business through external partners and referral channels. An Affiliate Sales Manager will grow business through third-party relationships and strategic partnerships that feed opportunities into the hotel
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business
- Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
- Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
- Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
