the stay for every guest.\n What will I be doing?\nAs Cluster Graphic Designer & Content Creator, you will be responsible for:\nCreating high-quality visual assets for digital and print communications, including social media, websites, digital screens, EDMs, advertisements, posters, flyers, brochures, menus, signage and hotel collateral.\nTranslating marketing briefs into strong creative concepts aligned with commercial priorities and brand objectives.\nDeveloping and adapting campaign artwork across multiple formats, platforms and touchpoints.\nCreating social media graphics, carousels, Stories, Reel covers, animations and campaign assets.\nCapturing and editing short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.\nPlanning and producing in-house photography for guestrooms, restaurants, F&B, lifestyle experiences, facilities, events and activations.\nSupporting internal and external photography and videography shoots.\nManaging post-production including retouching, colour correction, editing, motion graphics, resizing and formatting.\nSupporting hotel, F&B, seasonal, festive, event and outlet-launch campaigns.\nUpdating menus, promotional materials and operational artwork as required.\nWorking closely with the Cluster Marketing team to translate content calendars into engaging visual content in support of an omni-channel approach.\nMonitoring visual and social media trends and identifying relevant creative opportunities.\nManage social media platforms : Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across the hotel's social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.\n\nKnowledge of social media metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Meta, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar), with the ability to use data to improve social media strategies.\nMaintaining organised artwork, photography and video libraries across cluster properties.\nEnsuring all creative output is delivered accurately, consistently and within agreed timelines.\nBrand & Creative Standards\nA key part of this role is ensuring every creative execution reflects the positioning and standards of each property.\nYou will:\nMaintain Hilton brand standards across all creative outputs.\nEnsure all creative and social media content complies with established brand standards, guidelines and intellectual property requirements.\nUse approved character assets, terminology, logos and artwork correctly.\nMaintain consistency in visual identity, tone and presentation across campaigns.\nBalance creativity with brand compliance, commercial relevance and operational requirements.\nContent Creation\nThe role will play an important part in strengthening the in-house content capabilities of both properties.\nYou will be expected to:\nDevelop original photography and video concepts.\nProduce food, product, lifestyle, interior and event photography.\nCreate engaging short-form content designed specifically for social platforms.\nProduce Reels and video edits that reflect current platform behaviours while remaining brand appropriate.\nSupport content shoots through concept development, shot lists, styling and production.\nCreate content that supports hotel awareness, F&B promotions, seasonal campaigns and commercial initiatives.\n What are we looking for?\nTo successfully fill this role, you should have:\nA minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, content creation or a similar creative role.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, social media, photography and video.\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:Photoshop\nIllustrator\nInDesign\nPremiere Pro\nAfter Effects\n\nStrong knowledge of layout, typography, composition, branding and visual hierarchy.\nExperience in photography and videography, including food, product, lifestyle, interiors and social content.\nGood knowledge of cameras, lighting, composition and video production.\nExperience with Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.\nStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and evolving social platforms.\nExperience creating mobile-first and social-first content.\nStrong awareness of Reels, short-form storytelling, content hooks and platform trends.\nStrong creative thinking and the ability to develop concepts from a marketing brief.\nExcellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency.\nStrong project and time-management skills.\nThe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across two properties.\nThe ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nExperience in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B or
