As a Cluster Housekeeping Order Taker, you’re not just taking and processing guest orders - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Handle housekeeping requests: Receive, record, and follow up on guest housekeeping requests promptly and professionally to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate housekeeping operations: Communicate with Room Attendants, Housekeeping Supervisors, and other departments to ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready on time.
- Maintain accurate records: Update the Property Management System with correct room statuses, guest requests, service orders, Lost and Found records, and operational reports.
- Support guest satisfaction: Respond to guest requests courteously, monitor service response times, and ensure all requests are resolved according to Hilton service standards.
- Manage room and service updates: Coordinate room status changes with Front Office and assign tasks to Housekeeping team members through the hotel operating system.
- Ensure operational accuracy: Verify laundry charges, minibar postings, and housekeeping records are accurately updated and maintained.
- Ensure smooth operations: Follow up on pending tasks, management comments, and service orders while supporting the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
