and occupancy performance.\nEnsure effective use of Hilton commercial tools, systems, and reporting platforms.\nDevelop and execute sales action plans, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and conversion.\nRepresent the hotel in networking events, trade fairs, and client engagements.\nDrive performance culture through coaching, training, and team development.\nEnsure compliance with Hilton brand standards, policies, and ethical practices.\n Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of progressive commercial experience in international hotel chains, preferably in upscale or luxury segments.\nStrong background in corporate, MICE, and group sales.\nProven track record in revenue growth, business development, and strategic planning.\nExperience in managing multi-functional commercial teams.\nSolid knowledge of revenue management, distribution channels, and digital marketing.\nFamiliarity with Hilton systems and commercial platforms is a strong advantage.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nFluency in Turkish and advanced level English is required.\nAnalytical mindset with strong financial and data interpretation skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented
