To uphold Hilton Saigon's standards and to be responsive to the instructions of his section chef and the Executive Chef. The role of the Commis Chef will be to assist with accommodating the all-day dining requests and nutritional needs of all guests. The Commis Chef will be required to prepare and serve all menu items to the quality and standard of the hotel standard recipe cards/menus. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for performing your duties in a polite, safe, and efficient manner in accordance with the Hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that service standards are maintained at a high level. Always keep chiller, refrigerator, freezer, and food storage areas clean and tidy while strictly adhering to necessary standards regarding the rotation of food items in inventory.
