Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Communication Operator to join its team at a 62-acre oceanfront resort on Hawaii’s scenic Kohala Coast, offering an immersive island experience.Team Members benefit from a supportive, award-winning work culture, alongside perks such as health benefits, career growth, travel discounts, free meals, and onsite parking.

The ideal candidate will have minimum six months of customer service experience, hotel experience is highly preferred.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift pattern: Open availability, am, pm, including overnight shifts, holidays and weekends are required.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
• Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations
• Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations
• Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
