· Delphi FDC or equivalent CRM systems.

· Revenue Management and reporting systems.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS EDUCATION

· Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.

· Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management, Hotel Management or Business Administration is desirable.

EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial experience within the hospitality industry.

· Minimum 3 years in a leadership role directing hotel sales teams.

· Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and market share objectives.

· Experience managing corporate, group and MICE segments.

· Previous people-management experience required.

· Hilton experience preferred
