This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Director Product Management Mobile, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Mobile App Product team reporting to Senior Director Mobile Product Management, you will support innovative projects that will focus on usability, ensuring that the mobile app is easy to access and intuitive to use.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Provide strategic oversight for Product Owners across multiple mobile app pods, ensuring alignment with Hilton's goals and objectives.
- Oversee a pod-based team topology to drive efficient collaboration, coordinating core product teams with specialized enabling teams (e.g., analytics, research, accessibility).
- Partner with the Senior Director of Mobile App Product to define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the mobile app, balancing strategic initiatives with evolving customer needs and market trends.
- Develop and present innovative product concepts tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Directly manage Product Owners, supporting them in defining and executing product features, user stories, and business requirements.
- Empower Product Owners to take ownership of their areas, while aligning their work with overarching product strategy and company goals.
- Identify and prioritize key customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and team members) to maximize product impact.
- Leverage data-driven insights by defining success metrics, analyzing post-launch data, and rapidly responding to trends and user feedback.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Build trusted and highly effective working relationships across Hilton, including working closely with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams
Projects you'll take ownership of:
- Identify new opportunities that will improve usability and ensuring that the app is easy to access and intuitive to use.
- Define and prioritize customer experience features working closely with UX, Technology, Marketing and Analytics.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of professional work experience in Technology, Product, Customer Experience, or related field
- Six (6) years of professional product management experience
- Three (3) years of management experience leading and mentoring teams or leading cross-functional teams
- Adept in collaborating effectively with people from many different fields with varying degrees of technical experience
- Mobile app product experience.
- This is a hybrid role and would require to be near our Memphis, Dallas, or McLean office location.
- Travel up to 10% as needed
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
- Twelve (12) + years of professional work experience in Technology, Product, Customer Experience, or related field
- Three (3) + years of agile product management experience in Mobile App
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or transportation industry

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $145,000 - $190,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
