As a Finance Intern, you’re not just supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands-on experience - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.\n Here's what you'll do during a typical day:\nSupport daily operations: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while actively learning from team members and gaining hands-on experience\nGain cross-functional experience: Support other departments as needed to build broader knowledge of hotel operations\n Support team collaboration: Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment\nWork closely with members of the various teams within the Finance Department. \nFile accounting documents on a daily basis according to the procedures established by your supervisor and in compliance with legal requirements. \nPrepare and, when necessary, record accounting information (invoices, credit notes) using the computer programs provided (Excel, Mirus). \nBe responsible for contract documentation. \nBe responsible for correspondence, follow-up, and the proper functioning of payable accounting. \nFollow all applicable procedures.
