Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will be responsible for coordinating restaurant and banquet activities, ensuring excellent guest experiences, supporting team operations and maintaining Hilton service excellence. As a Food & Beverage Coordinator, you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Coordinate daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquet events, and room service activities.
- Assist in planning and organizing food and beverage events, meetings, and functions.
- Liaise with chefs, service teams, suppliers, and guests to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Prepare schedules, reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation.
- Coordinate staff training, communication, and operational briefings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and event bookings.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales or coordination role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
- CRM Systems: Familiarity in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage guest interactions is advantageous.
