As a Guest Relations Agent, you’re not just supporting guests throughout their stay. You’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by creating meaningful connections, anticipating guest needs, and delivering personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression. Through genuine care, attention to detail, and exceptional service, you help ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for, making their stay truly memorable.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Create memorable guest experiences: Welcome guests warmly, build meaningful relationships, and ensure their stay exceeds expectations through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Manage guest relations and satisfaction: Proactively engage with guests, respond to inquiries, handle special requests, and address concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate guest recognition programs: Identify and acknowledge VIPs, returning guests, and special occasions, ensuring personalized touches are delivered throughout the guest journey.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests and enhance their overall experience.
• Monitor and act on guest feedback: Collect, review, and respond to guest feedback, working closely with operational departments to resolve issues, improve service standards, and foster guest loyalty.
• Support special events and initiatives: Assist with guest engagement activities, hotel events, and departmental projects that strengthen relationships and create memorable hospitality experiences.
