Hostess (Arabic Speaker)

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Hostess, you’re not just handling guest inquiries - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Welcome Guests: Meet and greet guests, offer choice of seating, then escort them to their table and present menu
• Manage reservations and pre-arrival details: Confirm reservations, assign tables, and fulfill special requests prior to guest arrival; Read, maintain and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Coordinate group arrivals: Organize and oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals to ensure a seamless experience
• Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards; maintain knowledge of all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events
• Provide phone support: Answer and route incoming calls, maintain call logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
