A Human Resources Officer will also be required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:\nSupport and advise Managers on proper policies and procedures\nManage succession planning with senior managers during the biannual appraisal process\nManage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner including disciplinaries grievances and capability\nEnsure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines\nMaintain online personnel system payroll system and monthly reporting\nEnsure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out\nAssist in determining departmental training requirements\nEnsure completion of training for hotel security fire regulations and other health and safety legislation\nAssist in the organisation of Team Member social events\nWork with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry\nPromote and endorse staff benefits\nAssist and resolve team member and management queries\nWhat are we looking for\nA Human Resources Officer serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
