Bachelor’s degree in veterinary sciences or a related field to food safety. Relevant certifications.
Supervisor: 1-2 years of experience in hygiene roles within the hospitality industry.
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
Training certificate related to food safety as Highfield level 4, HACCP level 4, or related certificates.
Proficient in reporting and auditing skills to maintain the Hilton Food safety and HACCP standards.
Computer skills and Microsoft office expert.
