As a Leadership & Talent Development intern you will get the chance to explore the intersection of HR, data, and leadership development in a global hospitality environment. You’ll be empowered to contribute, learn, and grow-while helping shape the future of talent at Hilton.\nMore specific tasks will include:\nSupporting our mission to create an inclusive, high-performing workplace through leadership development for all. \nCoordinating online Harvard Leadership Programmes and even facilitate sessions if you're interested. \nHelping manage development programmes such as Lead@Hilton, Shine, Elevator, and e-learning platforms like Harvard ManageMentor. \nActing as a key contact for HR and Training Managers across EMEA, providing support on Talent Management and Learning & Development queries. \nContributing to planning and execution of future leadership programmes and learning strategies. \nGetting involved in high-impact EMEA projects like the GM Academy and Hilton Chefs Inclusion Program. \nCollaborating with a diverse, international team across multiple countries. \nAnalysing feedback from programme participants to help improve future initiatives. \nAssisting in gathering and analysing talent data to ensure accuracy and relevance. \nCreating visual insights and infographics from leadership development data, including league tables. \nLeading communication efforts through newsletters and intranet updates. \nTaking ownership of departmental invoicing and cross-charging processes. \nWorking with tools like Excel to create graphs and insights as well as working with Power BI, and Hilton’s Learning Management System. \nUndertaking a study-related project aligned with your academic requirements. \nTracking data progress of hotels against all business and talent goals throughout the year and adjusting strategy accordingly. \nPreferred: Data Analytics experience, e.g., working with PowerBI to create visual dashboards. & utilising tools to lead periodic data evaluation.\nWhy choose us? \nLearning and Development: Interns have access to online learning and in-person workshops to enhance their skills and contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects.\nNetworking: Our programme offers our interns the chance to connect with professionals in their chosen industry, paving the way for valuable relationships.\nFeedback and Growth: Regular evaluations and feedback sessions will ensure our interns receive guidance and an opportunity to continually improve.\nHilton Perks: Including our Go Hilton TM Travel Program, which provides you with access to heavily reduced hotel room rates for you, your family & friends.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values in addition to the following criteria:\nMust be studying in the Netherlands towards a bachelor’s or master's degree with an internship as part of your course curriculum. \nEligibility to work in the Netherlands for the full duration of the internship (10-12 months). \nMust be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing). \nMust be available to start on either the5th of April 2027 or 7th of June 2027.\nSelection Process \nApplications are now open-don’t miss your chance to apply!
