As Manager, Enterprise Analytics, you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Enterprise Analytics team reporting to Director, Enterprise Analytics, you will support projects including economic and industry research and reporting.\nWhat you'll do during a typical day:\nArticulate Enterprise and Industry performance trends and deliver ad hoc analyses, delivering to a wide variety of audiences.\nBe the subject matter expert on enterprise analysis and assist in quarterly business review and economic and industry analysis.\nHow you'll collaborate with others:\nPartner with internal leaders to find opportunities to improve performance with data and analysis.\nWork with Finance, Investor Relations, and CSIA teams on Quarterly Business Review and Earnings cycle materials.\nCollaborate with teams across CSIA and Technology to automate and streamline reporting.\nProjects you'll take ownership of:\nSupport the Brands organization with self-service data, dashboards, and reports - maintaining existing tools, developing new ones, and conducting training.\nDevelop presentations and reporting that present analysis to lead change and improve performance.\nServe as a key contributor developing the enterprise Quarterly Business review, including delivery of the QBR book, earnings materials, meeting preparations, and associated deliverables.\nWhat It Takes to Make the Stay\nYou have these minimum qualifications:\nFour (4) years of professional experience.\nTwo (2) years of hands-on experience with BI tools, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Alteryx, or SQL.\nExperience integrating analysis cross-functionally.\nUnderstanding of global economic fundamentals.\nIt would be useful if you have:\nExperience in the hospitality industry, in performance analysis, brands, revenue management, consulting, or finance.\nHow We'll Help You Thrive\nAt Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
