You will ensure safe, fun, and engaging programs, maintain high service standards, and support Hilton’s commitment to hospitality excellence.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupervise the daily operations of fitness and recreation areas (pool, gym, outdoor activities)\nPlan, organize, and deliver recreational programs and activities for guests of all ages\nTrain, mentor, and schedule recreation team members to ensure high performance and service quality\nMonitor safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of recreation equipment and facilities\nHandle guest inquiries, suggest suitable activities, and respond to guest feedback professionally\nCollaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate events and promote recreational offerings\nAssist with department budgeting, inventory control, and resource planning\nEnsure compliance with hotel health & safety standards and brand policies\nRequirements\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nMin.
