Sales Executive

The Sales Executive supports the Sales team in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and maximizing revenue across all hotel segments. Theroleinvolvesconductingclientvisits,preparingproposals,negotiatingbusinessopportunities,andensuringahighlevelofcustomersatisfactionwhilerepresentingthehotelinaprofessionalmanner.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales, Hospitality, or a customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and the local market is preferred.
