On the Corporate Procurement team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Procurement, you will partner closely with HR stakeholders to manage supplier relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure compliance with procurement policies across categories such as Benefits, Learning & Development, Recruiting, and Workplace Services.\nThis position is ideal for a procurement professional with foundational experience looking to deepen category expertise and stakeholder engagement capabilities in a highly visible corporate function.\nWhat you'll do during a typical day:\nSupport sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations across HR spend categories, including benefits, recruiting, and HR technology.\nConduct market, supplier, and spend analysis to identify savings opportunities and support sourcing decisions.\nHelp develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.\nManage RFx processes, including supplier evaluations and proposal assessments.\nSupport procurement operations and purchasing activities within procurement systems.\nHow you'll collaborate with others:\nPartner with HR business leaders to understand business needs and long-term priorities\nProvide guidance to team members on procurement processes, policies, and best practices\nSupport adoption of strategic sourcing initiatives within HR\nProjects you'll take ownership of:\nHelp manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking and issue resolution\nSupport contract review, and lifecycle management in partnership with Legal\nEnsure compliance with contractual terms and internal procurement standards\nWhat It Takes to Make the Stay\nYou have these minimum qualifications:\nTwo (2) or more years of experience in procurement or sourcing\nExperience working with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP)\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite\nIt would be useful if you have:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Finance, or related field\nExperience supporting HR or professional services categories\nExposure to contract negotiation and supplier management\nKnowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing methodologies\nCertifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or similar (or progress toward certification)\nHow We'll Help You Thrive\nAt Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests.
