On the Digital Product Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager Product Management, you will support projects that enhance our digital guest experience, focusing on customer-centric, data-driven usability.\nWhat you'll do during a typical day:\nContribute to the Hilton Digital roadmap as it relates to portions of the digital property, shop, and book experiences.\nWrite top-notch requirements, and work with your delivery pod to build and bring concepts to life for our customers.\nPinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that make the most impact.\nDefine the product's success metrics, analyze/present data post-launch, and quickly act on trends.\nHow you'll collaborate with others:\nBuild trusted working relationships across Hilton, including working with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams.\nDefine and present new product concepts to technical and non-technical partners.\nProjects you'll take ownership of:\nIdentify and build new features that improve the digital property experience for guests visiting our website.\nDefine and prioritize customer experience features by working with UX, Technology, Marketing, and Analytics.\nWhat It Takes to Make the Stay\nYou have these minimum qualifications:\nThree (3) years of professional work experience in Product, Customer Experience, Technology, or a related field\nExperience writing customer-centric user stories for web or mobile applications\nExperience writing detailed product specs and documentation\nExperience with web analytics tools, such as Adobe reporting suite\nThis is a hybrid role and would require to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)\nTravel up to 20%\nIt would be useful if you have:\nBachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience\nFive plus (5+) years of professional work experience in Product, Customer Experience, Technology, or a related field\nExperience using research to help craft a product roadmap\neCommerce product experience\nExperience in the hospitality, travel, or transportation industry\nHow We'll Help You Thrive\nAt Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests.
