To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues while clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.\n\nTo be motivated and committed, approaching all duties with enthusiasm and seeking opportunities to learn new skills and enhance personal performance.\n\nTo be flexible and respond quickly and positively to changing requirements, including performing any tasks requested.\n\nTo maintain strong team focus by demonstrating cooperation and support toward colleagues in pursuit of departmental goals.\n\nTo maintain an environment that encourages creativity, consistency, and high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.\n\nTo ensure all Engineering standards, policies, and guidelines are strictly followed.\n\nResponsible for preparing duty schedules for shift staff and allocating jobs to maximize productivity.\n\nEnsures guest and interdepartmental requests or complaints are attended to promptly and efficiently.\n\nMonitors HLP (Heat, Light & Power) consumption daily and controls avoidable energy waste during shifts.\n\nEnsures all departmental employees perform according to organizational standards.\n\nResponsible for maintaining all equipment and systems according to required specifications.\n\nEnsures effective implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and maintains accurate records.\n\nUtilizes resources efficiently and minimizes unnecessary repair & maintenance expenses.\n\nOptimizes energy savings by implementing energy conservation initiatives.\n\nEnsures operational areas meet high service standards for guests and internal teams.\n\nEnsures immediate and appropriate response to any fire, smoke, or service interruptions during shift.\n\nEstablishes and ensures compliance with engineering systems, procedures, and protocols.\n\nRecommends improvements to systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.\n\nEnsures timely receipt of materials and spare parts through consistent follow-up with the purchasing department.\n\nEncourages development of multi-functional skills among subordinates.\n\nUtilizes the appraisal system to review staff performance and identify development needs.\n\nEnsures continuous technical and behavioral training for all department employees.\n\nEnsures staff attend trainings in their own and related areas to improve skills and support multifunctionality.\n\nPersonally conducts key technical trainings relevant to assigned trades.\n\nEnsures all employees are fully trained in departmental systems, procedures, and safety requirements.\n\nProvides counseling to subordinates on personal and work-related matters.\n\nAttends behavioral and vocational trainings to enhance personal skills and promote multifunctionality.condition\n\n What It Takes to Make the Stay\n At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:\n A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
