This is a US-based Remote Position.\nWhat you'll do during a typical day:\nPrimary role is to drive conversion for group sales for the Resort to achieve targets and goals.\nProperty Visits for FAMs and Site Inspections.\nTravel and attend tradeshows in key markets, plus direct sales calls and efforts.\nDrive new business opportunities: Respond to inquiries, initiate outreach, qualify leads, and solicit potential clients through proactive sales efforts.\nHow you'll collaborate with others:\nCoordinate and work closely with the Director of Sales- Property Based, for support and direction.\nSupport exceptional service delivery: Collaborate across departments to coordinate the fulfillment of contracted services and uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction\nWhat It Takes to Make the Stay\nYou have these minimum qualifications:\nTwo (2) years of Luxury Group Sales Experience\nExtensive knowledge of Group Sales, ideally in Resorts with Seasonal periods\nPrior hotel/travel industry experience\nEffectively navigate the enterprise and communicate with department heads, executive committee members, team members and corporate leaders\nFluent in English\nTravel up to 35%\nIt would be useful if you have:\nExperience with Incentive Group Market\nDelphi Knowledge\nPlatform knowledge of Meeting Broker, Cvent, Hopskip\nFluent in Spanish\nHow We'll Help You Thrive\nAt Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $72,500 - $100,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
