As a Senior Manager, Salesforce, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. On the Digital Solutions team reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions, you will lead projects including architecting, configuring, developing, and maintaining core business applications and integrations (e.g., CRM, supplier portals, workflow automation, data and analytics enablement) including connections to the HSM Data Lake, websites, and other internal and external applications.\nWhat you'll do during a typical day:\nLead Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap planning, governance, and prioritization in partnership with business and technology partners.\nTranslate complex needs into scalable functional and technical solutions aligned with business outcomes.\nOversee integrations and data flows between business applications, the HSM Data Lake, websites, and third-party systems using APIs and integration tools.\nDesign, configure, and implement data models, security and permission models, automation processes, and platform enhancements, ensuring alignment with requirements and technical standards.\nPerform hands-on Salesforce configuration and development, troubleshoot technical issues, test and deploy enhancements, and maintain custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development tools.\nEstablish standards for platform configuration, development, data quality, security, documentation, release management, and technical debt management.\nIdentify opportunities to adopt innovation, including AI capabilities, that improve productivity, user experience, and business performance.\nDevelop team members while coordinating internal resources, contractors, and external vendors.\nHow you'll collaborate with others:\nPartner with business users and leaders to understand requirements, build functional design documentation, and develop technology solutions that align with goals.\nWork with internal technology teams and external vendors to plan work, manage dependencies, and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations.\nDeliverables you'll take ownership of:\nLead delivery of digital solution roadmaps and platform enhancements from discovery through deployment and adoption.\nEstablish reliable release management practices (environments, testing, change control) and lead quality through unit, integration, and performance testing.\nDesign and oversee the delivery of the Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, including external user authentication and authorization, row-level data access and sharing architecture, and vendor-managed development.\nWhat It Takes to Make the Stay\nYou have these minimum qualifications:\nSeven (7) years of professional experience in technology platform delivery, digital products, systems integration, data architecture, or a related field\nFive (5) years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience, including writing Apex classes and triggers, building Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components, developing API integrations, configuring data models and access permissions, and testing and deploying solutions\nExperience serving as a technical lead, solution architect, platform architect, or similar role\nOnsite in McLean, VA\nIt would be useful if you have:\nProject Management knowledge\nHospitality Industry experience\nSalesforce Developer Certification\nSupply chain or procurement domain knowledge\nExperience with data warehousing/BI concepts and tools\nRelevant certifications in other enterprise platforms\nHow We'll Help You Thrive\nAt Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
