You’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.\n Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Stewarding Supervisor at Conrad Dubai:\nPrepare for exceptional service: Coordinate with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure every kitchen and dining outlet has the clean, polished equipment it needs, when it needs it. \nCare for every detail: Oversee the cleaning, storage, and distribution of china, glassware, silverware, and stewarding equipment, protecting their quality and appearance. \nMaintain impeccable standards: Supervise cleaning and sanitising across kitchens and back-of-house areas, ensuring the team follows Hilton HACCP procedures and local health requirements. \nKeep equipment service-ready: Check that dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment are used correctly, maintained, and reported promptly when repairs are needed. \nManage resources responsibly: Monitor stock, breakages, and supply usage, helping control costs without compromising quality. \nLead with care: Assign daily duties, train and coach team members, and recognise great work to build a confident, dependable team. \nProtect guest and team member well-being: Promote safe working practices and respond promptly to hygiene or safety concerns.\n What It Takes to Make the Stay\nAt Hilton, our core values are the driving force behind our success and directly inform the qualities we demand in every team member.
