Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Support catering sales: Solicit, secure, coordinate and respond to customer inquiries regarding the purchase of food and beverage, rental of event facilities and purchase of ancillary services from the hotel for groups of 50 or fewer guests with 10 or fewer guest room nights Deliver exceptional client service: Host and entertain clients, conduct site tours, draft contracts, and promote the hotel’s facilities and services to drive bookings Coordinate event execution: Communicate event details and provide clear direction to internal teams to ensure flawless delivery of catering events Manage event documentation: Generate contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and support the daily distribution of BEOs, change logs, and reader boards Maintain marketing colla
