Working alongside our pharmacy team, you will help maintain and drive an amazing, modern, and innovative pharmacy service. You will report to the Pharmacy Manager. This is an opportunity to help promote a safe, efficient, and impactful pharmacy team at the core of taking care of our patients.\nWorking Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM to 6PM\nYou Will:\nServe as the key point of contact for pharmacy-related support inquiries from our patients, providing timely, accurate, and compassionate service while ensuring clinical queries are recognized and escalated to the appropriate teams.\n\nAccurately apply conversation attributes to all patient conversations, and use this data to help surface insights on common inquiry types and trends that inform pharmacy processes and decision-making.\n\nSupport pharmacy investigations by gathering relevant order information and identifying patients.\n\nSupport insurance processing administration related to patient orders, including billing insurance providers.\n\nAssist with day-to-day pharmacy operations, including order packing and warehouse organization.\n\nPartner with the pharmacy team to resolve delivery issues and recommend improvements to workflows and support resources based on recurring patient needs.\n\nUphold pharmacy SOPs and patient privacy requirements in every interaction, promptly reporting incidents, near misses, and quality concerns.\n\nYou Have:\n18+ years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent\n\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role\n\nSelf-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently when required\n\nHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of communication and documentation\n\nStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment\n\nWillingness to work in a team environment and promote company culture\n\nProficiency in both English and French, verbal and written\n\nRelevant experience in a pharmacy or healthcare industry role is an asset\n\nRegistration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists is an asset\n\nOur Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):\nCompetitive salary & comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision\n\nConditions of Employment: \nThis position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.\n\nThis position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).\n\nPhysical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift.
