In this role, you'll be the critical link between creative vision and production reality, transforming packaging and print concepts into flawless, press-ready files that meet the exacting standards of our U.S.-based print and production partners.\nYou'll take full ownership of file preparation, organization, and production workflows, keeping projects on track and executed with consistency across every format and material. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll lead meaningful ongoing initiatives, including but not limited to: rolling out a new brand font across our packaging and print ecosystem and driving production across all printed touchpoints.\nThis role sits at the intersection of craft and collaboration. You'll work hand-in-hand with our graphic, structural, and industrial design teams, bringing the technical depth and attention to detail that turns great design into great product.\nThis is a remote position based in Europe, embedded within a growing U.S.-based creative team. Flexible hours are part of the role, with availability expected during afternoon and early evening hours in your local time zone to ensure meaningful overlap with U.S. colleagues and vendors.\nYou Will\nThis role requires someone who is independent, meticulous, and trusted by the team, a true owner of all production files who takes pride in flawless execution and clear documentation, and who can operate with a high degree of autonomy in a remote setting.\nFile Preparation\nTranslate designs into clean, technically accurate, press-ready files for packaging and print.\n\nApply dielines, manage file layers, and prepare files for various print and production formats.\n\nConvert Figma layouts into production-ready assets with precision and consistency.\n\nServe as the final quality check before anything goes to print, catching every detail, every time.\n\nProduction Management\nEnsure all production files meet vendor specifications, color standards, and substrate requirements, with working familiarity of U.S.-based print production environments and expectations.\n\nMaintain the highest design quality standards, including alignment, proportions, margins, and overall layout precision; every file should be pixel-perfect.\n\nSupport proofing, pre-press, and press check processes with attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external production teams to troubleshoot and problem-solve, with a strong ability to do so asynchronously across time zones when needed.\n\nFile Organization & Version Control\nOwn the file management system for packaging assets, keeping everything organized, clearly labeled, and accessible to a distributed team.\n\nMaintain clarity on active vs. released files and ensure stakeholders are always working with the most up-to-date materials.\n\nTemplates & Resources\nCreate and maintain production templates, dieline guides, and reference materials.\n\nContribute to documentation and onboarding resources to support team efficiency and alignment across geographies.\n\nAsset Maintenance & Workflow Ownership\nManage ongoing brand font rollout across packaging, collateral, and print templates.\n\nSupport the design and production of brand magazines and printed collateral.\n\nMaintain artwork consistency across assets and ensure alignment with evolving brand guidelines.\n\nTeam Collaboration & Culture\nOwn the production design process. Proactively seek out opportunities to contribute, think ahead, and take initiative, don't wait to be asked; step in where you see a need.\n\nWork closely with graphic designers to uphold creative intent through production.\n\nPartner with structural, industrial, and CMF designers to ensure graphics align with physical form.\n\nCollaborate with marketing, ops, and supply chain teams when needed.\n\nCommunicate proactively and with transparency, keeping U.S.-based teammates informed and aligned regardless of time zone differences.\n\nYou Have\n12+ years of experience in print and packaging production design.\n\nExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).\n\nStrong working knowledge of Figma and the ability to translate digital designs into print-ready files.\n\nDeep understanding of print production, packaging materials, color management, and dielines - including familiarity with U.S.-based print standards and vendor workflows.\n\nExperience managing system updates such as fonts and templates across large sets of files.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.\n\nA keen eye for layout, typography, and consistency.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; you take pride in clean files and clear systems.\n\nExperience working directly with vendors, printers, and packaging suppliers.\n\nComfort with flexible scheduling, asynchronous communication, and the self-direction required to thrive in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.\n\nWe are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging.
