You’ll play a key role in executing the end to end procurement process, which includes, the execution of orders, monitoring inventory levels, and measuring supplier performance. This role provides an opportunity to work with various cross functional teams, build relationships with vendors, and drive cost efficiencies that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.\nM-F 8-5pm\nYou Will:\nOrder Execution\nAssist in processing & managing purchase orders for multiple sites\n\nTrack and trace deliveries\n\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders on order status\n\nInventory Support\nMeasure and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock out\n\nCoordinate with internal departments to anticipate future needs\n\nAbility to unload & assist with inventory management as deemed necessary\n\nVendor Coordination\nEffectively communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, ensure service guarantees, and resolve issues\n\nMaintaining Records\nVerify and document delivery receipts, order confirmations, and inventory levels\n\nUpdate and manage information in system\n\nAudit and rectify billing issues\n\nYou Have:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)\n\nExperience: 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical purchasing, operations, or similar role is preferred\nUnderstanding of procurement software is a plus (Netsuite, SAP, or other ERP systems)\n\nSkills\nAttention to detail and strong commitment to operational excellence\n\nStrong ability to solve problems and action change\n\nEffective communication and negotiation skills\n\nProficiency in Microsoft (excel, powerpoint, word)\n\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs\n\nOur Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):\nOffering competitive benefits are a top priority for our company; we are extremely proud of the benefits we are able to offer to employees.
