Partnering closely with regional and site leadership, you'll help build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, and establish the People practices that enable Operations to scale. Working alongside the existing UK People organization, you'll combine local employment expertise with Hims' Operations People model to support a fast-growing business.\nThis is an opportunity to help build the People foundations for Hims & Hers' growing UK Operations network. You'll work across multiple levels of the organization, partnering with leaders to solve complex business challenges, strengthen organizational capability, and establish practical, scalable People practices that support a fast-growing operation. You'll collaborate across UK People, Global Operations, Legal, and Centers of Excellence to remove roadblocks, solve business challenges, and build People solutions that remain grounded in UK employment practices.\nSuccess in this role requires equal parts strategic thinking and execution. One day you may be coaching a leader through a complex employee issue, and the next you may be helping build the organization needed to support a new operational capability. You'll use sound judgment, business insight, and a builder's mindset to create the organizational foundations that will enable UK Operations to grow successfully over the long term.\nYou Will:\nPartner with UK Operations leaders to build the organization, leadership capability, and People practices needed to support a growing business.\n\nPartner closely with the existing UK People team to combine local expertise with Hims' Operations People model, creating a seamless experience for leaders and employees.\n\nCoach leaders through performance, employee relations, organizational change, and day-to-day leadership challenges using practical, business-focused judgment.\n\nIdentify operational and people risks early, helping leaders make timely decisions and solve problems before they become larger issues.\n\nEstablish practical, scalable People practices that enable the business to grow while aligning with UK employment legislation and local ways of working.\n\nUse workforce data, operational insight, and business priorities to influence decisions around staffing, organizational design, and workforce planning.\n\nBuild strong partnerships across Operations, UK People, Legal, and global Centers of Excellence to remove roadblocks and enable business outcomes.\n\nContinuously improve how the People function supports UK Operations by simplifying processes, removing complexity, and building scalable ways of working.\n\nRepresent UK Operations within the broader People organization, influencing programs, policies, and priorities to support a growing business.\n\nYou Have:\n7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including significant experience supporting Operations, manufacturing, fulfillment, pharmacy, logistics, or other fast-paced operational environments.\n\nStrong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and demonstrated experience navigating employee relations matters with sound judgment and a practical, business-focused approach.\n\nExperience partnering with senior business leaders to solve complex organizational and people challenges in a growing business.\n\nExperience building or scaling People practices, processes, or organizational capability within a rapidly evolving environment.\n\nProven ability to influence decisions, build trusted relationships, and work effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organization.\n\nDemonstrated business acumen with the ability to balance employee experience, operational needs, and business priorities.\n\nExcellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt as the business evolves.\n\nExperience leading, developing, or mentoring HR professionals is preferred.\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nOur Commitment to Inclusion\nWe're committed to building a team that reflects diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
