You will work closely with Engineering, Security, and QA teams to build highly scalable, reliable, and secure platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS/GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).\n\n- Build and maintain secure and efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools.\n\n- Lead Kubernetes cluster design, deployment, and day-to-day operations, including self-managed Kubernetes and EKS/GKE.\n\n- Implement DevSecOps practices by integrating security scanning, compliance checks, secrets management, and policy enforcement into CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Monitor infrastructure and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, CloudWatch, ELK, or similar tools.\n\n- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to streamline release cycles and promote a shift-left approach.\n\n- Manage and optimize Linux-based systems such as Ubuntu and Red Hat.\n\n- Support and manage databases including MySQL and MongoDB.\n\n- Define and maintain robust Disaster Recovery, Backup, High Availability, and Business Continuity strategies.\n\n- Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives while maintaining infrastructure reliability and performance.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and deployment issues.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or related roles.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\n\n- Strong understanding of DevSecOps tools and practices, including:\n\n1. Container/Image Scanning\n\n2. Secrets Management Vault, AWS Secrets Manager\n\n3.
