What You’ll Accomplish (Outcomes)\nLead and Grow the Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers. Basic Qualifications\n*Best Practice: 3 - 5 BQ’s maximum\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field.\n\n7+ years in Product Management building consumer-facing products or B2B2C platforms\n\n4+ years managing a team of Product Managers/Senior Product Managers\n\nExperience managing foundational platforms at scale, not just owning features.\n\nComfortable working with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders (Pacific Time)\n\nTechnical fluency, specifically ability to engage deeply on data models, experimentation infrastructure, and system design\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in async, globally distributed teams, paired with strong project management and a bias for urgency to drive execution.\n\n4.
