This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who enjoys operating at pace, managing multiple priorities, and making a measurable impact through consistent execution.\nWhat You’ll Accomplish\nRamp quickly on Hinge Health’s mission, recruiting processes, tools, interview philosophy, and the roles supported by the team.\n\nEstablish strong working relationships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners through structured intake meetings, clear expectations, and proactive communication.\n\nBegin partnering on a defined set of high-volume requisitions, conducting recruiter screens and interviews, and building active candidate pipelines.\n\nConsistently deliver high-volume hiring outcomes by moving candidates efficiently through the funnel while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.\n\nBuild and maintain qualified pipelines through a combination of inbound review, targeted sourcing, outreach, referrals, and ongoing talent relationship management.\n\nProvide a structured and compelling candidate experience through timely communication, thorough interview preparation, clear expectations, and thoughtful follow-up.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including experience supporting high-volume hiring.\n\nExperience conducting structured recruiter screens or interviews and evaluating candidates against defined qualifications.\n\nExperience building candidate pipelines, managing recruiting activity in an applicant tracking system, and maintaining accurate candidate records.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting for multiple roles or functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n\nExperience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems such as Ashby or comparable platforms.\n\nExperience working as a contract recruiter, agency recruiter, or embedded recruiting partner.\n\nAbout Hinge Health\nAt Hinge Health, we’re using technology to scale and automate the delivery of healthcare - starting with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, which affect over 1.7 billion people worldwide.
