Member Records is the care-team-facing context layer within CareHub: it brings together member history, clinical context, active programs, program focus, indications, device and fulfillment status, onboarding progress, and program transitions so care teams can spend less time navigating fragmented systems and more time delivering personalized care.\nAs a hands-on technical leader, you will help define the architecture and technical direction for Member Records while continuing to build production software. You will work across the user interface, backend services, APIs, and data models, partnering with Product, Design, Clinical, Quality, and adjacent engineering teams. You will turn complex healthcare workflows into reliable, intuitive experiences and lead work from discovery and technical design through implementation, launch, and operational support.\nThis is an opportunity to own a meaningful product area end to end, influence technical decisions beyond your immediate team, and raise the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of the systems and engineers around you.\nWhat You'll Accomplish\nLead the architecture and end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-service Member Records initiatives-from discovery through production-bringing clarity to ambiguous requirements, dependencies, and trade-offs.\n\nSet and advance a multi-quarter technical direction for Member Records in partnership with engineering and product leadership.\n\nEstablish durable technical patterns for APIs, domain models, integrations, testing, observability, and secure handling of member data.\n\nMentor and support junior engineers, providing thoughtful code reviews and real-time pairing.\n\nIntegrate and leverage AI technologies to automate processes and enhance product features.\n\nRaise the engineering bar through high-quality design and code reviews, pairing, mentoring, hiring participation, and coaching other engineers toward greater technical ownership.\n\nStrengthen operational ownership by defining meaningful health metrics, improving incident response, and addressing root causes rather than symptoms.\n\nHinge Health Hybrid Model\nWe believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds.
