In this role, you will support daily treasury operations by processing incoming payments, ensuring accurate allocation of funds, and communicating with internal business partners.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Previous treasury or finance experience is beneficial but not required, as training will be provided.\nResponsibilities\nMonitor and process incoming wire transfers and payments throughout the day, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.\nReview and allocate incoming funds to the appropriate accounts or business units.\nCommunicate with internal business partners to provide timely notification of received payments and resolve questions or discrepancies.\nVerify payment information and maintain accurate transaction records.\nIdentify and research discrepancies, working with team members and business partners to resolve issues.\nUtilize internal systems and technology to support daily payment processing and treasury operations.\nOrganize and prioritize daily responsibilities to ensure established deadlines are met.\nSupport additional treasury-related activities and process improvements as needed.\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.\nStrong organizational and time management skills to manage daily tasks and deadlines.\nComfortable using computers and learning new systems and technology.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.\nAbility to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or payment processing.\nExperience using financial systems, payment processing applications, or Microsoft Excel.\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.\n#LI-Hybrid **This position will be in a hybrid working arrangement.**\nSecurian Financial believes that meaningful in-person collaboration is an important part of our culture.
